Responsive, mobile-first site design tailored to Airbox’s unique target audience.
Airbox, owned by ION Television – owner of 60+ television stations across the United States – needed a fresh new site design to help convert visitors into buyers. Their unique device allows TV viewers to pre-pay for premium TV channels and receive them over-the-air with only an antenna a set-top device – no contracts, no cable! That’s an idea we could get behind!
We kicked off our engagement with extensive user research to learn about the needs of their target audience. We later facilitated a strategy session where we mapped the user journey and grouped user needs based on what we had gathered during focus groups with users.
Our talented strategists and designers conceptualized their online sales strategy, messaging, and user experience to deliver a responsive site that persuasively guides users towards purchase, whether online or through retailers like Best Buy.
