While exciting, booking a cruise and shore excursions can also be overwhelming and confusing for many people. Our user analysis and testing helped increase online conversions for Celebrity Cruises and streamline the experience for their users.
In 2013 we initiated a comprehensive user-experience audit of the cruise purchase funnel. We helped launch their first ever A/B tests on celebritycruises.com and trained their team on personalization and testing tools and methodologies.
In later projects we worked more intensely on personalization and shifted our focus to increasing post-cruise purchases.
Years of hard work, collaboration, and problem-solving made this project a success, and we’re proud to have brought our culture of testing and personalization to Celebrity.
