Goal

Conceptualize the product and UX for a new vacation rental startup.

Time share rentals re-imagined.

Zurfer called on Multiplica to imagine a new website experience, one that captures the look, feel, and usability of their unique brand anthem: “Don’t be a tourist, be a Zurfer.” We developed their original online product experience from scratch, adapting and enhancing their overall business model along the way, and refined their digital focus to promote simple, progressive user engagement with the website and, as a result, their brand.

We performed in-depth, cross-purposed research across multiple platforms into the travel and buying habits of vacation renters and buyers to develop a unique Zurfer experience that would entice these users to sign up, purchase a trip, and engage further with the brand. What’s more, as a part of this comprehensive site re-design, we created a successful new brand identity, including logo and related materials, for Zurfer.
